Hajj Check List

 

Join Us for Hajj 2010

 

  1. Fill out and sign your Visa Application (Available Below)
  2. Confirm that your passport is valid for 6 months? (With four blank visa pages remaining)
  3. If a Green Card Holder, a copy of the original is required
  4. Have your Meningitis Vaccine administered (Or obtained a certificate from your doctor stating that you have already received it)
  5. Make a copy of your Marriage/Birth Certificate (If Required)
  6. Obtain a Notarized Permission Letter (For women traveling alone)
  7. Obtain a Certificate of Shahada from the Masjid (For pilgrims traveling with a non-Muslim name only)
  8. Take Four Passport Size photos (With white background and Hijab)
  9. Sign the Terms and Conditions (Will be given at the time of reservation)
