Weekly Hadith
عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، رضي الله عنه قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَا مِنْ أَيَّامٍ الْعَمَلُ الصَّالِحُ فِيهَا أَحَبُّ إِلَى اللَّهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ الأَيَّامِ " . يَعْنِي أَيَّامَ الْعَشْرِ . قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَلاَ الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ قَالَ " وَلاَ الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ إِلاَّ رَجُلٌ خَرَجَ بِنَفْسِهِ وَمَالِهِ فَلَمْ يَرْجِعْ مِنْ ذَلِكَ بِشَىْءٍ " .
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: There is no virtue more to the liking of Allah in any day than in these days, that is, the first ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah. They (the Companions) asked: Messenger of Allah, not even the struggle in the path of Allah (Jihad) ? He said: (Yes), not even the struggle in the path of Allah, except a man who goes out (in the path of Allah) with his life and property, and does not return with any of them.
عن أنس رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : "من قال-يعني إذا خرج من بيته-: بسم الله توكلت على الله، ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله ، يقال له: هديت وكفيت ووقيت، وتنحى عنه الشيطان".
رواه أبو داود والترمذي، والنسائي وغيرهم. وقال الترمذي: حديث حسن
زاد أبو داود: "فيقول :-يعني الشيطان-لشيطان آخر: كيف لك برجل قد هدي وكفي ووقيّ ؟
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Whoever says (upon leaving his house): 'Bismillah, tawakkaltu 'alallah, wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah [In the Name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah, there is no might or power except by Allah],' it will be said to him: 'You are guided, defended and protected.' The devil will go far away from him".

Abu Dawud reported it with this addition: "One devil will say to another: 'How can you deal with a man who has been guided, defended and protected?".
عن أبي أيوب رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: "من صام رمضان ثم أتبعه بست من شوال كان كصيام الدهر" ((رواه مسلم)).
Abu Ayyub (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "He who observes As-Saum (the fasts) in the month of Ramadan, and also observes As-Saum for six days in the month of Shawwal, it is as if he has observed As-Saum for the whole year."
عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ " كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُفْطِرُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ عَلَى رُطَبَاتٍ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ رُطَبَاتٌ فَتُمَيْرَاتٍ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَكُنْ تُمَيْرَاتٌ حَسَا حَسَوَاتٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ " .
Anas bin Malik narrated: "The Messenger of Allah would break the fast with fresh dates before performing Salat. If there were no fresh dates then (he would break the fast) with dried dates, and if there were no dried dates then he would take a few sips of water."
عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ يَزَالُ النَّاسُ بِخَيْرٍ مَا عَجَّلُوا الْفِطْرَ ".
Narrated Sahl bin Sa`d (May Allah be Pleased with him): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The people will remain on the right path as long as they hasten the breaking of the fast."
عَنْ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " تَسَحَّرُوا فَإِنَّ فِي السَّحُورِ بَرَكَةً ".
Narrated Anas bin Malik (May Allah be Pleased with him): The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Take Suhur (before Fajir meal) as there is a blessing in it."
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَتَاكُمْ رَمَضَانُ شَهْرٌ مُبَارَكٌ فَرَضَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ عَلَيْكُمْ صِيَامَهُ تُفْتَحُ فِيهِ أَبْوَابُ السَّمَاءِ وَتُغْلَقُ فِيهِ أَبْوَابُ الْجَحِيمِ وَتُغَلُّ فِيهِ مَرَدَةُ الشَّيَاطِينِ لِلَّهِ فِيهِ لَيْلَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍ مَنْ حُرِمَ خَيْرَهَا فَقَدْ حُرِمَ " .
Narrated Abu Hurairah (May Allah be Pleased with him): "The Messenger of Allah said: 'There has come to you Ramadan, a blessed month, which Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, has enjoined you to fast. In it the gates of heavens are opened and the gates of Hell are closed, and every devil is chained up. In it Allah has a night which is better than a thousand months; whoever is deprived of its goodness is indeed deprived."'
